Tiara Christopher is a devout Christian, mother, author, motivational speaker, and philanthropist. Holding degrees in Speech and Rhetoric, Communication, and Psychology, she transforms pain into purpose through storytelling and advocacy. Certified in yoga for all levels, anxiety, and trauma-informed practices, Tiara combines education with embodied healing to support mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

A survivor of the California foster care system, multiple near-death experiences, and a profound separation from her daughter, Tiara shares her story with raw honesty and compassion. Her work centers on trauma release and holistic healing, empowering others through faith, education, and authentic connection.Tiara’s voice has reached audiences like the UNLV Fostering Scholars and Alumni keynote, and she brings that same clarity and insight to her writing. She has authored many texts on critical race theory, intersectionality, and trauma’s impact on the body and mind. Her prominent writings include “The Undoing, The Becoming, The Knowing”, “A Crippling Society: The Impact of Government Assistance Programs”, “The Influence of Early Exposure to Yoga on Developmental Outcomes in Toddlers with Autism Spectrum Disorder”, and her breakout essay “The Boy Disguised as a Man”.

She has contributed to and volunteered with organizations such as Baby’s Bounty, The Cupcake Girls, and The Just One Project. Tiara embodies the promise of “yes and amen,” showing that no challenge is beyond redemption.
